Future Leaders was Drake Music’s programme to support and promote inclusive, accessible practice in music-making.
It aimed to improve representation of young Disabled People in the workforce by:
- Developing progression routes, new skills, and knowledge.
- Providing practical experiences.
- Exploring the variety of roles within the music sector, such as music leaders, project managers, facilitators and educators.

June 2024:
We put out an open call for 4 Disabled musicians aged 18-25 who want to have a long-term, fulfilling musical career.
September 2024:
