PAPER: We All Make Music Guide to Workforce Diversification

Inclusion in music education is taking big steps forward, but this isn’t always represented in the workforce.

In 2017 we carried out research that showed that Disabled people are severely under-represented in the arts and education workforces. More recent statistics show that the picture is improving, but only very very slightly.

We want that to change, for equality of opportunity to lead to true inclusion across the sector. The We All Make Music GUIDE aims to support that change.
