Drake Music in partnership with Daylight Resource Centre, Islington cordially invites you to the performances of Songs For All, a celebration of accessible song writing and performance.
This performance is the culmination of a series of 9 accessible songwriting sessions, working with adults at the Daylight Resource Centre in Islington.
The participants created everything from the theme, lyrics, melodies, rhythms and structure entirely from their own ideas, and then rehearsed and soon to be performed.
The Associate Musicians (Phoebe Osborne, Michael Dollan and Edd Gibson) used assistive music technology together with traditional instruments to ensure that all participants could access and participate fully in the creative process.
