Good things come to those who wait and we have waited in eager anticipation to be able to welcome our three Artists In Residence (AiRs) for 2022:
- Songwriter and singer Katy Rose Bennett
- Multidisciplinary artist and musician Rebekah Ubuntu
- Composer and musician Rufus Isabel Elliott
The AiRs are supported by the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and the PRS Foundation through the Talent Development Partnership programme.
This year Katy, Rebekah and Rufus will work with the Drake Music team to help shape us for the future, to work with our excellent 2022 Ascendant musicians and to create a new piece of work to be showcased towards the end of their residency with us.
