Platform is an initiative that offers Disabled adults in Bristol an opportunity to get into music-making.
The group meets on a Friday morning at Bristol Beacon Music Centre in Southmead from 10am – 11am.

Delivered in partnership with Bristol Beacon, Platform participants are supported to explore creative music making using both traditional and non-traditional instruments. You are invited to join in through face-to-face ensemble sessions.
Often the opportunities for Disabled adults to pursue creative music-making are limited. We want to ensure that everyone can make music if they want to, in a way that suits them.
Working with our team of experienced Associate Musicians, Platform provides Disabled adults with the chance to:
- explore their musical interests
- create new compositions
- collaborate with others, to create, rehearse and perform music
