Joy has been actively involved in running music projects and events since graduating from a Music BA at Goldsmiths College in 2017. Alongside working at Drake Music, she is a freelance studio engineer, musician and workshop facilitator, running an organisation called Omnii Collective which aims to inspire more women and non-binary people into all aspects of music production.
