Jenny Manser

Interim CEO

Jenny has worked as an independent Organisational Development (OD) specialist, since retiring from her career within social housing. Operating at a senior level within a variety of public, private and voluntary sector organisations. Her work has included a variety of roles including, Executive Chairman, Trustee, Interim CEO, often to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, organisational development, and change.

Her work is driven by her desire to see the sustainability and development of the voluntary and community sector.  Jenny is often called upon to troubleshoot or to manage difficult legal or corporate challenges faced by organisations. Her style in consultative and empathic, very people focussed, and she is always willing to work alongside boards and staff teams to help them achieve their goals.

Her key skills are in evaluating organisations quickly, both culturally and in terms of sustainability.  Supporting the development of strategies that address organisational needs, then developing the plans required to address the organisational needs.
