Associate Musician

Georgina is a cellist and Music and Health practitioner.

For over a decade, she has had a busy schedule in Music, Health and Wellbeing, working in a variety of social and health settings. She has been the Musician in Residence at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital for over 10 years and leads the Musician in Residence programme estab-lished by Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra (RLPO).

Georgina has delivered training sessions for the RLPO Learning Department, Live Music Now, Opening Doors Course at the Tate Gallery and the Norwegian Academy of Music. She performs regularly as a freelance musician with many leading orchestras.

Georgina started working for Drake Music in 2018 , co-leading the Go Compose project in Liverpool.
