Aja’s career spans marketing, arts, and advocacy, shaped by her unique perspective as a neurodivergent individual. As an arts marketing professional, Aja has collaborated with prominent art organisations like UK New Artists, Broadway Cinema’s Near Now, and Unlimited Theatre. She has also shared her expertise through teaching at universities across the UK. Notably, she directed a cross-disciplinary residency involving over 100 students and three institutions combining music, AV and costume design.
Her passion extends to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Aja orchestrated “Queer Noise Club”, a music and performance event, handling all aspects from curation to visual identity and PR, which led to sold-out events and national press recognition.
As a sound and performance artist, her work in deconstructed club and industrial techno has gained acclaim, headlining major festivals. Her recent album “SLUG” received funding from Outlands, Fat Out, and Near Now, enabling digital collaborations, a virtual avatar, and captivating live visuals.
Aja’s creative journey also encompasses sound scores for art installations, notably for artist Joey Holder, featured in prestigious exhibitions such as The British Art Show.
