DM Lab London
Drake Music host a monthly meeting in London where disabled musicians, technologists, coders and instrument-makers gather to discuss projects, support each other and plan the programme.
Meetings range from small informal gatherings where work is shared and developed, to larger presentation based events and everything inbetween.
DM Lab London is run in partnership with Music Hackspace and Furtherfield.
The meeting is a space to develop new musical instruments, so we’re looking for makers, coders and technologists with the confidence to develop independently or in teams.
Instruments can be anything from a Max MSP patch through to custom electronic hardware or an adapted acoustic instrument.
If you have a passion for accessibility in instrument design then this is the place for you!
Meetings take place at Drake Music London.
If you would like to attend please get in touch by emailing Gawainhewitt@drakemusic.org
