On Saturday 9th March ’13, Bryan Heiser – DM’s former chairman – unexpectedly passed away in his sleep at Norfolk & Norwich Hospital.
Bryan was extremely dedicated to Drake Music and as trustee/chairman worked tirelessly with fellow trustees and the team to remove disabling barriers to music-making.
DM’s Chairman Roger Vigilance said: “Bryan made an indelible contribution to the success of Drake Music. As Chairman at a very challenging time, he used his dedication and skill to guide Drake Music through choppy waters, paving the way to today’s success.”
Bryan’s family have asked for donations to Drake Music in lieu of flowers. We feel honoured by this. Our thoughts are with his wife, his children and everyone who was close to him.
