Introduction to the position
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Drake Music’s important work at the intersection of music, disability and technology. Our mission is to create inclusive pathways for Disabled people in England of all ages to engage in high-quality music-making. We are supported by Arts Council England as one of their National Portfolio Organisations.
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled people to join our board of trustees to take the charity forwards. We are also looking for a Chair to lead the Board of Trustees. Please refer to the additional recruitment pack if you are interested in applying for this role.
You do not have to have experience of being a trustee but have an interest in getting stuck in “behind the scenes” of a charity and be keen to expand on your leadership and management skills. Becoming a trustee is an ideal way to do this and we encourage applications from those who have never been a trustee before.
