About the Role
You will be managing programme logistics and responsible for coordinating day-to-day delivery, gathering data, and contributing to project reporting and communications.
The ideal candidate is someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills. We are looking for a self–starter who thrives in a busy and friendly small-team environment, and is enthusiastic about both music and equality of opportunity for all.
Drake Music is a unique organisation and we can adapt this role to suit different skills and abilities.
- This is a part time role, for 2 days per week.
- The annual salary is £27,000 (pro rata part time to £10,800).
- This position is for one year in the first instance, renewable annually, subject to continuation of Youth Music funding.
- The post holder will be based at our London office in Shoreditch and will be expected to travel on a fairly regular basis to visit organisations and projects across England.
- The post holder will report to Douglas Noble (Associate National Manager & Think22 Strategic Lead) and work closely with the Think22 Team.
Drake Music is a diverse and dynamic arts organisation – we collaborate with people of all ages to remove disabling barriers to music-making.
We are a small, friendly team and foster a culture of openness and inclusivity. All our work is underpinned by the Social Model of Disability.
Think22 is four-year initiative funded by Youth Music and builds on our successful Think2020 project.
Think22 aims to achieve greater inclusion, equality and diversity in music education by working with children and young people who face disabling barriers, offering progression & accreditation pathways and embedding professional Disabled Music Leaders across the workforce.
