Anders is an Arts Management Consultant specialising in strategy, finance, operations, governance, change management & IT. He is a Trustee of Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) as well as a professional member of the British Computer Society.
Carien has been the CEO since 2006. Prior to this, she worked extensively with independent artists & musicians, arts organisations, as well as voluntary & public sector organisations. Carien studies part-time at the OU.
Charlotte manages our programme in London and the South East. As well as developing projects for Drake Music, she also runs a series of walks in London called Most Curious Tours, works as a freelance musician, & teaches violin privately.
Danny works as an artist & teacher in performing arts. He has been Director of the Orpheus Centre, Head of Education at Theatre Royal Stratford East & Senior Theatre Officer at The Arts Council. As well as working with Drake Music, Danny is currently a Visiting Lecturer at Goldsmith’s Uni.
Delia has been working with Drake Music since June 2010. Bringing a considerable range of arts sector experience, Delia is delivering across a number of areas which fall under the banner of Business Development.
Doug has worked with Drake Music since 2000 in a variety of roles delivering music sessions, training, consultancy, and project management. Doug is a freelance musician and a member of the band Angel Tech.
Douglas Noble | Associate National Manager, Consultancy & Training
Since 2005 Douglas has worked in arts, learning & participation, with a specialism in music as a means of bringing about beneficial change - following a successful first career as an asylum & immigration solicitor. He is also p/t Strategic Director of Wellbeing at Live Music Now.
Felicity embarks upon a fundraising fellowship for DM; a scheme which aims to create the next generation of leading Development Directors. She has background in Music Marketing and PR, and is a Theatre Facilitator and Opera Director.
Gemma has many years experience within the disability arts field, both as an Arts Manager & Artist. She has worked for DM as a Programme Manager Associate Artist / Musician and Trainer. Her work includes film, photography, DJing & digital music.
Ivan Riches | Producer, Connect & Collaborate London

Jenny joined Drake Music as the team's Administrator in November 2009. She has gained valuable experience of working in both the private & public sectors in various roles since leaving college in 1992.
Jonathan Westrup | Associate Musician, Trainer, Consultant
Jonathan has worked with Drake Music since 2005, delivering a range of Learning & Participation projects, accredited music courses, teacher training and the influential DM Education initiative. He plays drums and guitar in two bands in Bristol, where he lives and works.
Mary Paterson | Creative Producer, Artistic Development
Mary joined Drake Music in 2014. She is a writer and producer who works across art forms. Previously General Manager of Extant, she also ran Encounter festival in North Kent, and co-founded the arts festival Fantasy High Street.
Stella has a background in theatre and installation making. She also facilitates drama workshops for a variety of community and youth groups. She is currently studying on the MA Postcolonial Cultures and Global Policy programme at Goldsmiths University.
