Abigail joined Drake Music in 2011 & manages the North West Regional Programme. She is also a freelance music writer, DJ & promoter with 12 years' experience in the music industry & cultural sector.
Anders is an Arts Management Consultant specialising in strategy, finance, operations, governance, change management & IT. He is a Trustee of Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) as well as a professional member of the British Computer Society.
Anna manages the SW Programme. Previously Anna managed the arts & inclusion agency for Suffolk and worked as an Arts Development Officer for several local authorities.
Ben Ballard | Associate National Manager, Consultancy & Training
Ben has worked in the music education sector for 20 years in a variety of settings & contexts. He has performed & provided workshops/training to community groups & is passionate about the art of running workshops & the power of music to make a positive difference.
Carien has been the CEO since 2006. Prior to this, she worked extensively with independent artists & musicians, arts organisations, as well as voluntary & public sector organisations. Carien studies part-time at the OU.
Charlotte recently Joined Drake Music. Along with developing our London programmes, she also runs a series of walks in London called Most Curious Tours, works as a freelance musician, & teaches violin privately.
Danny Braverman | Associate National Manager, Artistic Development
Danny works as an artist & teacher in performing arts, he has been Director of the Orpheus Centre, Head of Education at Theatre Royal Stratford East & Senior Theatre Officer at The Arts Council. As well as working with Drake Music, Danny is currently a Visiting Lecturer at Goldsmith’s Uni.
Deleon has worked as a credit controller for many years in the public and private sectors. This is a new adventure for her in an arts organisation and she is looking forward to joining the team.
Delia has been working with Drake Music since June 2010. Bringing a considerable range of arts sector experience, Delia is delivering across a number of areas which fall under the banner of Business Development.

Gawain has 10 years experience as a community musician with a speciality of working with challenging circumstances & music technology. Gawain is also a practicing mix engineer & sound artist.

Gemma is an Associate Artist / Musician and Trainer. Gemma has many years experience within the disability arts field both as an Arts Manager & Artist. Her work has included film, photography, DJing & digital music.

Helen is a freelance arts manager, consultant & cabaret producer. She has worked for national music & literature organisations, and is based in Yorkshire.
Ivan Riches | Producer, Connect & Collaborate London

Jonathan joined Drake Music in 2005. He is the National Manager, Learning & Participation, delivers the DM Education programme and is an Assoicate Musician. Jonathan also performs with Carnivores of the Rockies.
